How to Download and Install PvZ Fusion (PC & Android)
Step-by-step: download PvZ Fusion for PC or Android, install it, and apply the English translation patch.
PvZ Fusion isn't on any app store, so installing it works a little differently. Here's the full process for both platforms. The one rule: only download from the official community hub (linked on our download page) — fake sites bundle junk with the files.
PC (Windows)
- Download the latest ZIP (around 400 MB) from the official hub.
- Extract it to a simple folder like
C:\Games\PvZFusion— avoid Desktop, Downloads, or OneDrive-synced folders. - First time only: install everything in the
_Redistfolder. - Launch with the game's executable (or the provided launch script).
- Back up your saves before updating: they're in
C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\LocalLow\LanPiaoPiao\PlantsVsZombiesRH.
Android
- Download the APK (around 330–400 MB depending on version) from the official hub.
- Enable "Install from unknown sources" in your Android settings.
- Open the APK file and tap Install.
- Requires Android 5.1 or higher.
Playing in English
The game ships in Chinese by default. The community maintains an English translation (PVZF-Translation project on GitHub): download the patch, extract it into your game folder, and select English in the in-game language settings. Translation coverage varies by version, so check compatibility notes for your build.
Troubleshooting
- Antivirus flags it: common with fan-made executables. Confirm you used a listed link, scan the file yourself, and only add an exclusion after reviewing the detection. More on this in the safety guide.
- Game won't launch on PC: install the _Redist files and try a non-synced folder path.
- APK won't install: make sure unknown-sources sideloading is enabled and you have enough free space.
